Evolving ~Fun Facts About The Bishop's First Bride

Hi All!

I've been too busy writing to do a blog post for a while, so I just wanted to check in and share some good news and random thoughts!

I recently submitted The Bishop's First Bride to Blushing, and it has been accepted. I have been saying it all along, and I'm going to say it again. I"M REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS ONE!!!

I thought I would share a few things that make this book a bit different than the first 2 Love Multiplied books.

Let's see if I can do so without giving away too much.

First off, in this book, the couple- Luke and Rosa, are the only main characters. There are no other wives at this time. They still live in Green Valley, and I'm sure we will see more from them later, but for now- it's just them. For me, this made this book so much simpler and funner to write. There is a bit more romance in this one than in previous ones.

Second, Each of the Love Multiplied books has shown a different twist on the community's marriage process. This one is no exception,. It starts at the very beginning, and we get to see as Rosa gets her vision that tells her who she is to marry.

If you have read any of my interviews this far, I have often said that I am not trying to glorify polygamy, and that while there are some good sects, like the one I write about- there is a dark side. I have often said that I wasn't going to go down that road, and that it was something I refused to discuss. This is no longer true. I hint at it in this book, and will be covering that topic in the 4th (and possibly final) Love Multiplied Book.

The 3rd and 4th books in this series were written for Rogue, at Rogue's Awakening. If you pay attention, you might be able to pick out her character. (maybe not, they actually don't have all that much in common)

This book took me less than three weeks to write from start to finish, and that in itself shows how far I have grown as an author. This book was a confidence booster for me, and I proved a few things to myself while writing it. I am definitely evolving.

Speaking of evolving, this book contains my first actual erotic scene, something I did not plan. These characters are just so much fun, and so in love with each other, the scene, which started out as a spanking scene, basically took over and wrote itself. Every time I tried to get it back on track, it went the other way.

So that's it- everything you need to know about my upcoming release- No details on a release date yet, but I will keep you updated.
